It all began under the Ontario Home Warranty Program, known today as Tarion.
Our Story
Frank built his first home in 1988, and that was just the beginning. Until 2004, Ferrera Homes was busy building homes all over Sarnia and Lambton, making families happy with their new spaces. What’s unique about us? For 16 years, we built homes without a single warranty claim. That means we did things right from the start, and our clients trusted us every step of the way.
Life threw us a curveball in 2004, and Frank had to put the home building on pause. But he didn’t stop working. He started a successful fence and deck business, proving that his passion for building and creating great spaces wasn’t just about homes. Then, in 2020, something unique happened. While building a house with his eldest son, Justin, Frank felt that old spark again. He realized building homes was what he truly loved.

Coming back wasn’t just about picking up where we left off. It was about bringing all those years of experience into the present. Building homes across four decades taught us a lot. We learned from the past and embraced new ways to build even better houses.
